Day 3 observations: Adam, Aya, Jake, and Kiera.

Day 3 observations:

Our plant looks like it is growing in healthy way. No dry patches yet. A new plant is sprouting near the main plant. They both look a little bit taller, but again, not by much. Maybe it is a little bit dry, but the water is still flowing good.

  1. Why do you think the plant is growing so slowly and not thriving? Possibly a lack of water or too much? Also, did you plant the two that are there originally, or did you only plant one and the other sprouted?

  2. Your plant seems a little small. Do you feel as if you started off with less than other groups may have taken? I feel like you had an unfair advantage.

  3. I'm so glad that your plants are slowly but surely trying to grow! If your plants look dry, add some more water and make sure that the pump is working properly. If they look dull, try adding in a few teaspoons of nutrients into the water before you give it to the plants. It'll definitely give them the healthy boost they need to grow big and strong. Good work guys!!!

  4. Mint is one of the fastest growing herbs! If its not growing so fast and the pump is still working good, try filtering the sunlight. Young plants are susceptible to heat damage and the direct sunlight might be drying out your plant.

  5. Your mint is really cute! That's kind of weird to say but it's adorable so it doesn't matter if it grows any more. I'm running out of ideas for what to comment.
